If you want to patch in better audio and play clips while on Facebook live, here is a cheap effective way I found to do that. You’ll need:
-Zoom H4N or mixing board(example shown w/ H4N)
-(1) XLR cable (2 if 2 people are talking)
-(2) 3.5 mm to 1/4 cords
-headphone splitter
-An iRig
-tripod w/ iPhone adapter

Watch video and I show you what plugs into where to make it work. If you want any other cheap ways of trying to do audio stuff, DM me. Thanks for any input.
(Because my iRig was in use to show the audio is done through the iPad. The sound in this is not an example of the better sound.)

  1. Help please! I just purchased LG V20 phone but it does not accept 3.5 MM. I'm trying to improve audio for Facebook Live but so far can not use anything besides built in LG mics. I also just tried to do on my retired Samsung Note 3 but no change. I also tried a LG wireless 4.1 headset with earbuds but LG Tech says only for tele calls and music. Ugh. I'd greatly appreciate your help. Skyler
